Give Local DeKalb County
Give Local America is one of the nation’s largest, 24-hour crowd funding events designed to empower people to give back to their local communities by supporting the organizations they trust to tackle today’s most critical issues.
Give Local America will take place on May 3, 2016 from 12:00 am to 11:59pm around the nation AND in DeKalb County! (One day, on-line giving challenge.)
With Give Local DeKalb County, every donation receives proportional matching funds from a pool of $50,000. Through the match, each donation leverages additional funding for Kishwaukee United Way right here in DeKalb County!
Anyone can make a tax deductible donation to Kishwaukee United Way during Give Local DeKalb County (minimum donation amount is $25).

Loyal Contributors are individuals who have given to any United Way for 10 years or more, regardless of contribution level. Giving does not have to be continuous and members may estimate the year their giving began. If you are a Loyal Contributor, please accept our sincere thanks for all you have done for so many people in your community and the communities across the country to help children succeed in school, improve the health of individuals, and promote financial stability.

Kishwaukee United Way is fortunate enough to have been graced with the creation of an Endowment Fund through the DeKalb County Community Foundation, supporting operating expenses of our organization, allowing us to continue to increase the already high percentage of donations directly benefiting agency programs and services.
